디럭스하버뷰로 어른2, 아이1으로 예약을 했구요아이하나가 더 있어서,어른2, 아이2(10살, 7살)혹시나해서 홍콩쉐라톤에 메일을 보냈는데 아래와같이 답변이 왔네요.라운지 이용도 함께 물었거든요. 아래와 같은 답변이면 어찌해야될지요...라운지 이용안하고, 그냥 기존 예약대로 호텔에 묵어도 괜찮은지 궁금합니다.괜히 호텔에 아이하나 더 있다고 한건지...
regarding your coming stay, please advise total no. of guest staying for hotel record. for safety reason, our hotel only accepts maximum 3 guests in one room. for total 2 adults and 2 children travel together, we would suggest you to reserve two rooms and we are pleased to arrange same floor rooms for you .if you would prefer twin bed , harbor view with access to tower lounge, you may consider to reserve our tower deluxe harbor view twin room. kindly be informed that this room type cannot redeem by star point. we are pleased to offer tower deluxe harbor view twin room at hkd $ 3130 + 10 % per night ( rate include 1 child extra bed) under internet prepaid rate plan for your consdieration. please note that internet prepaid rate plan require non refundable pre-payment upon set up booking. once set up booking, booking cannot be cancelled or amended.please advise us before oct 3 if the booking should be amended, since no changes have been made yet. room and rate subject to availability upon request.
