홈페이지서 예약할때 성인2명이라고 할래다가 걍 3명이라고 입력했는데
초과인원인가 봐요
익스트라 베드 요청해도 안되는 인원인가요???
그래서 예약을 다시 하라는건지,,
아님 돈을 추가로 내기만 하면 된다는건지,,메일이 왔는데
정확하게 해석이 안되네요..ㅠㅠ

your reservation is confirmed under amex promotion, check in on 28 august and check out on 1 september
however, please be advised that all galaxy suite (the room type you booked) comes with only one king size bed, which is 2m x 2m.
we got the message that you would like to add an extra bed, which is mop 388 and subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax per room per night. extra bed usually will be allocated in living room of galaxy suite.
however, the maximum number of registered persons in any room and suite in galaxy hotel is three adults or two adults and two children aged 12 or below.
the third occupying guest (13 years old or above) or requesting an extra bed is subject to an surcharge of mop/hkd 388 per person per night and 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
if you have a party of 2 adults and 3 children who are under 12-year old, we suggest you to book two suites / rooms or one galaxy suite and one galaxy room. american express card promotion is also applicable to galaxy rooms, but on room only basis.
in regards to the question highlighted in yellow, kindly advise if you mean the maximum number of rooms / suites can be confirmed under one american express card holder. if you would like to book one more galaxy suite under same offer, we are pleased to inform you that you can absolutely do that and we can assist you to add one more galaxy suite through email under the same rate.
