If the representative can intercept the original order and arrange for its return to our facility, they will issue a credit in full for the original order and assist in the placement of a new order with expedited free shipping for the items you wish to receive.

Option #2: If you are unable to call us, we kindly ask you to reply back with your permission for us to contact OnTrac in an attempt to intercept your original order. If we are successful in intercepting the original order and arranging for its return, we will issue a credit in full. In the interim, you may place a new order with us online for the item(s) you wish to receive. If this option is amenable, kindly confirm via reply to this email, and we will do our best to reroute the original order back to our facility.

Please note that with either option, in the event that we are unable to redirect your original order through OnTrac and it delivers, we ask that you work with your forwarding company to have your package returned to us. If the package is not returned to our warehouse, we will be unable to process a refund.
