Option 1 If you like the product you got, keep it and accept a store credit for 10 % off your next purchase as we have nearly 7,600 products online for you to consider. Option 2 Return the product you got to us, we will receive it and refund your postage costsge costs ( please do not use an expensive courier service - regular mail is fine ) and we will send you the correct item. Option 3 Keep the first item, we can send you the correct order less 40% and charge this to your nominated credit card. That is a great savings on your second purchase.
